To be a member of the KOE:

Currently the KOE is accepting applications for the 2009 Mardi Gras
Season.

  • Membership requires you to have a love for Mardi Gras.
  • Membership gives you access to the Members Only site.
  • Membership gives you the opportunity to participate in the KOE
    Lundi Gras Party.
  • Membership allows you to meet the most fun loving people and
    stay in touch all year long via the internet.
  • Membership allows you to purchase KOE only merchandise.

Membership in the Subject Line area.  The KOE hopes to meet you
