KOE - A Fat Tuesday Tradition
Cowboys and girls, saloon girls and boys, ladies and gents of ill repute were to
be had for the KOE's 10th Anniversary celebration parade. The West is History
was the theme for 2008 and the KOE's 10th Anniversary. As expected it was
the best Lundi Gras Party and Parade yet. We had our first ever private party
for our paid members and their guests. Also this year we hired a 5 piece brass
band to play while we marched through the streets of the French Quarter.
