KOE - A Fat Tuesday Tradition
Not quite sure how Mardi Gras would be for the first one since the 9/11
tragedy. The KOE wanting to pay homage to America and its hero's many
members costumed in patriotic attire. The throws were also patriotic and in the
spirit of the great U.S.A.
